The ISC2 Pune Chapter operates as a registered not-for-profit organization under Section 8 of the Indian Companies Act.

The Chapter is managed by an elected Board comprising the President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Committee Chairs who oversee programs, membership, and outreach activities.
